Double Room
A well-considered space with a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a writing desk. Quiet, calm, and properly looked after.
Ground or first floor, garden side. Ideal for couples or solo travellers who want comfort without excess.
Balcony & View
More space, a private balcony, and a choice between garden or partial sea view. Upgraded bathroom with both bath and shower, and a slightly larger layout throughout.

Family Suite
Two separate sleeping areas — parents in one, children in the other. Private terrace, a larger bathroom, full-size fridge, and enough storage that unpacking actually makes sense.
A cot is available on request at no extra charge for infants. Small pets welcome — please mention when reserving.
Single Room
Compact, well-organised, and thoughtfully equipped for one. Everything you need, priced accordingly. A good writing desk and a proper bed — that is what matters.
Popular with solo travellers, business guests, and anyone who appreciates not paying for space they won't use.
Twin Room
Two separate beds in one well-proportioned room. The same amenities as the Standard Double, different sleeping configuration. Ideal for friends travelling together or colleagues on a work trip.
Beds can be pushed together on request to form a large double if plans change.
Booking policies
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early arrival and late departure subject to availability — always ask us in advance and we will do our best.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, a 50% charge applies. No-shows are charged in full. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
Payment
No prepayment required to confirm a reservation. Full payment is due on arrival by card or cash. For longer stays, a partial advance may be requested.
Breakfast
Available at €8 per person per day. Please add it when you reserve — it helps us prepare fresh produce from local suppliers the evening before.
Pets
Small pets are welcome at no extra charge. Please mention this when making your reservation so we can arrange an appropriate room.
Long stays
Stays of 7 nights or more receive an automatic 10% discount on the room rate when booked directly. The discount does not apply to bookings via third-party platforms.
