Paradise Beach Hotel started as a private house. We had more rooms than we needed, a garden that deserved to be shared, and a beach three minutes away. The rest happened naturally.
We are not a franchise. We are not managed from a head office. The person who checks you in is the same person who chose the mattresses, sourced the breakfast produce, and will remember your name by day two.
That is not a marketing line. It is simply how a small family hotel works — and why staying in one feels different.

What we believe in
Honesty before everything
If your room has a view of the car park, we will tell you. If a better option is available, we will suggest it. We would rather you arrive with accurate expectations than arrive disappointed.
Problems solved, not managed
If something is wrong — the air conditioning, the shower, the Wi-Fi — we fix it now. Not by logging a ticket. Not by the morning. We fix it now, because we are here and we can.
Local, where it matters
Breakfast uses produce from local suppliers. The honey is from a beekeeper twenty kilometres away. These are small choices that add up — to better food, to supporting the community we are part of.
Guests, not room numbers
We are a small hotel by choice. Large enough to offer everything you need. Small enough to treat you as a person rather than an occupancy statistic. That balance is something we protect deliberately.
Golden Sands, Black Sea Coast
Golden Sands is one of Bulgaria's most established seaside resorts — a long stretch of fine sand backed by a protected natural park, with a gentle Mediterranean climate from June through September.
We are positioned at the quieter end of the resort. Close enough to restaurants and the evening promenade; far enough to sleep without earplugs.
Varna — Bulgaria's third city, with its own Roman history, vibrant restaurant scene, and international airport — is 25 minutes by car.

Small choices, consistently made.
Solar panels heat the water. Towels are replaced on request, not automatically every day. Food waste goes to a local composting scheme. We source from Bulgarian producers where we can.
We are not perfect, and we do not pretend to be. But we are trying, genuinely, and we think that matters — especially in a coastal environment as beautiful as this one.
